# PQ LHD Cars

This will not work on PQ LHD cars, Volkswagen have not released the required firmware for LHD PQ cars, the firmware is specific to the side of the road you drive on. If you have a PQ26/MQB car you're able to use the LHD MQB firmware and all will work.

If you have a RHD PQ25 car you can go ahead and flash the correct firmware.

We're working on translating PQ to MQB and standalone MQB operation to resolve this and open up these EPS modules to non VAG retrofits. For more information, see [Ocelot](/index/hardware/ocelot.md).
