# Volkswagen PQ25 Platform Retrofits

This series covers retrofitting a PQ25 based vehicle to work with OpenPilot

For the relevance of this article, the following vehicles are covered, the newest generation vehicles (2019 onwards) typically have support and require no retrofitting. These cars are typically sold in Europe, the PQ25 platform has been seen in the Jetta line-up, however they mechanically share components from the larger PQ35 (Golf) platforms.
